AD - This post contains gifted items, but all opinions are my own

I have been raving about Yum Yum Tree Fudge all week, and it is finally time to put the fudge where my mouth is! I have 3 scrummy flavours to try today; sour apple, rhubarb and carrot cake.

On Sunday, I did a Q&A post with Yum Yum Tree Fudge followed by a giveaway! If you haven't read those posts, do! It'll give you insight into Yum Yum Tree Fudge and even give you the chance to win some goodies!

I have a selection of fudges to try but have decided to split them up across two posts as there is so much to talk about! Today I have chosen to try some of the stranger flavours Yum Yum Tree Fudge offers.

Carrot Cake

I am a massive fan of carrot cake in general. It is so delicious and is everything you need in life. Carrot cake is one of Yum Yum Tree's newest flavours! This 100g bag sells for £4 but is available in multibuy offers. The fudge was soft and smooth. I am not a huge fan of grainy fudge, so this was a nice texture. It was quite soft, I would keep it in the fridge for a bit before eating. The pieces were bite-sized and perfect for portioning. Although not the same size, it made each piece unique.

The flavour was spot on. There was a delicious carrot flavour with a hint of cinnamon. It almost tasted as if it was slightly nutty too (despite there not being walnuts in it!) The fudge was creamy and very sweet; it wasn't too sickly though. If sweet fudge isn't your thing, this may not be one for you. You could eat a good amount before you have to put the bag down. I am really impressed with the flavour of this fudge. It is very similar to carrot cake only, without the fluffy, spongy texture. In all honesty, this is a fudge I will remember!

Sour Apple

I was intrigued to try this one. It was one of the owners, Lily's favourite flavours, so I expected it to be amazing. This 100g bag also sells for £4, as they all do. When opening the packet, you're greeted by a waft of green apple. The flavour matches that too.

The texture is soft but slightly grainy, and the flavour is tastebud tingling! You get a mild tangy taste and a burst of green apple. It is a strange fudge, but it was nice. It was almost like a sour green Moaom sweet. The green apple flavour didn't last as long as the sourness, and I would have preferred it to be a bit bolder. I did like this flavour but not as much as the carrot cake one. It was unique, but I would like a stronger, juicier apple flavour.

If you are a fan of rhubarb and custards, then this flavour is for you. It is strange how accurate all these flavours have been, but this one has by far been the strongest! You are hit with a delicious rhubarb scent as soon as you open the packet. The fudge pieces are a really fun rhubarb pink.
The fudge was scarily similar to the taste of rhubarb. It was a strong flavour, definitely rhubarb and it was very moreish. It wasn't as sweet as the carrot cake fudge, but that was nice as the rhubarb was rich, so you didn't need the added sweetness.  The texture was nice. It wasn't too soft so had a bite to it yet still melted in the mouth. I liked this flavour. It was strange but scrummy.

I actually enjoyed each of these flavours. They all have their own unique tastes and textures. The carrot cake curbs a sweet tooth, the sour apple appeals to tangy cravings and the rhubarb gives a fruity kick to your day!

What is your favourite flavour of fudge? I'd love to know which flavours you'd like to try. I am running a giveaway which ends on Sunday night so make sure you've entered if you want to win some delicious fudge! You could win 3 surprise flavours of Yum Yum Tree Fudge so you can try this delicious treat for yourself.
